To purchase items on Canali's online boutique, it is not necessary to register. We recommend that you create a personal account to enjoy a rapid and seamless shopping experience, the possibility of adding your favorite products to a Wish List and to keep track of all your orders and returns.

Click on a category from the main menu or get inspired by our product galleries showcased on the homepage. To find items quickly, you can also use filters or click the lens icon in the upper right corner of the website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each product page contains all information related to the item including a description, details and composition, fit and all available colors and sizes. There are also several different views of the item and you can zoom on each image to get a closer look.

PLACING AN ORDER
Here are a few simple steps on how to place an order.

1. Within a product page, choose a color and size and add the item to your Shopping Bag. Once you are done browsing, click on the Shopping Bag icon and enter a promotional code if you have one then click "Proceed".

2. Enter your e-mail address, First Name, Last Name and Telephone number.

3. Enter a shipping address, or, if you are a registered user, choose from the addresses previously saved in My Account; orders can also be picked up from the following Boutiques: Beverly Hills, Dallas, Las Vegas and New York.

4. Select your preferred shipping method between Standard and Express (where available) and if desired, the gift-wrapping option, which offers the possibility of including a personalized message with your order.

5. Select a payment method.

6. Click the "Shop Now" button. Within several minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all of your order details; then you will receive another e-mail once the package has been shipped.
