Influencer guidelines

Dear, if you want to share your experience in your IG page, it’s of the outmost importance that you follow meticulously the following rules.

1.Disclosure label: Wording and Position


You shall insert in each of your social media contents mentioning, tagging and/or showing the CANALI brand or Company and/or the product that CANALI has gifted you:

- the tag @Canali: over the IG image/story/video
- the hashtags “#suppliedby #Canali”: in the description of the IG content
1. within the first three lines of the description without having to click “more”; and
2. within the first three hashtags; and

In case of IG STORY
- superimposed over the image of the advertised Canali product, too.

In case of IG VIDEO
- within the first scenes of the video, too.

2 Disclosure labeI: Specific Requirements


The Disclosure Label shall in any case catch users’ attention. In particular, it shall:

- be upfront, before people click/engage;
- be prominent, so that people can notice it
- be inserted in a place where it could be easily noticed and understood;
- not be mixed into a group of hashtags or links;
- be in a colour, font, size and shape that make it distinctive from other content;
- be suitable for each device (it needs to be clear on mobile, too);
- be in the same language of your social media content.

In case of IG STORY, please make sure viewers have enough time to notice it.

3.Social media content: General Requirements


Please remember that the description, the tags and the hashtags accompanying your social media content shall in any case:

- be consistent and in line with the image and philosophy of CANALI brand;
- reflect your honest beliefs, opinions, experiences and recommendations about the CANALI products that you have personally tried, examined or evaluated;
- be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or of any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, anything threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene or malicious;
- not be reprehensible, offensive, harmful to the image of and / or to the reputation of the CANALI brand;
- not infringe any third-party right or violate applicable law, and do not include misleading claims.

Please be informed that if your social media contents do not comply with the law and the current Guidelines, you will be asked to immediately correct the content according to CANALI instructions.
