The Agevolando Association is a non-profit organization that seeks to develop self-sufficiency skills and provide training to youth at the end of their educational careers, who need assistance getting their footing in society. After beginning the initiative with Agevolando, almost 100% of over 50 youth continue to work in their field after doing an internship.

The project is focused on the stable occupational placement of youth. After a preliminary selection process, the youth are immediately placed in formative, paid 6-month internships with companies that are carefully chosen based on future career opportunities. The project seeks to initiate at least five formative internships per year, and to successfully integrate at least 80% of the participants into a stable job within a year of the internship’s conclusion.
